I started in property. Working in the industry, I kept meeting talented agents who wanted to work for themselves but were put off by everything that comes with it: the compliance, the systems, the admin, the isolation. Yuvello was the answer. A cloud-based agency that takes care of the infrastructure so agents can focus on clients, trading under their own name with a mentor on the end of the phone when they need one.

TAJ Real Estate came from the other end of the market. Prime London attracts buyers and investors from all over the world, and they want a firm that feels boutique but reaches globally. I'm a managing partner at TAJ, working alongside a Managing Director and a team with a network across the Middle East, Türkiye and Europe.

Kadflow grew out of the systems I built for my own businesses. Small companies kept asking how we stayed organised, so I started building it for them: CRM, pipelines, automations and follow-up, done with the client and handed over ready to run.

The podcast, The Grind Code, is the newest project. It's a place to have the conversations I'm already having every week, out loud, with the people doing the work.
