1. About this site

hokadri.com is the personal website of Hasan Osman Kadri, trading as HOKadri, 1b Hall Lane, London E4 8HH, United Kingdom. Contact: [email protected]. It shares information about my work and businesses and lets you get in touch or book a call.

2. Using the site

You may browse the site and use the contact and booking tools for their intended purpose. You must not misuse the site, for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing harmful code, scraping content, or using the booking calendar to make bookings you do not intend to keep.

3. Booking a call

• Booking a call is free and does not create any obligation on either side beyond the call itself.

• Please arrive on time. If you need to change or cancel, use the link in your confirmation email, ideally with at least 24 hours' notice.

• If you do not turn up or cancel at short notice more than once, I may decline further bookings.

• Video calls take place on Google Meet. You are responsible for your own connection and equipment.

4. Information, not advice

Content on this site, and anything discussed on an introductory call, is general information based on my experience. It is not financial, legal, tax, investment or professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Property markets and business circumstances change, and what worked for one person may not work for you. Get independent advice before making decisions.

Any services are provided by the relevant business (Yuvello, TAJ Real Estate or Kadflow) under its own terms, which will be agreed separately in writing.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the text, design, photographs, logos and other content on this site belong to me or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse content for commercial purposes without my written consent. The Yuvello, TAJ Real Estate and Kadflow names and logos belong to their respective businesses.

6. Third-party links and tools

The site links to other websites and uses third-party tools such as the booking calendar and video calling. I am not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third-party sites and services. Their own terms apply.

7. Availability

I try to keep the site available and accurate, but I do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or up to date. I may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time without notice.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

How I handle personal information is explained in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Changes and governing law

I may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
