Most business content shows you the result and skips the middle. The Grind Code sits in the middle. Each episode is a proper conversation with someone who has built, or is building, something real: an agent going self-employed, a founder fixing their systems, an investor explaining a decision that didn't work out.

I host it because those are the conversations I have every week anyway, running Yuvello, TAJ and Kadflow. Recording them means more people get to listen in.

Expect plain talk, specifics where guests are happy to share them, and no hype.
