1. Who I am

This website is run by Hasan Osman Kadri, trading as HOKadri ("I", "me", "my"). I am the data controller for the personal information collected through this site. You can contact me at [email protected] or by post at 1b Hall Lane, London E4 8HH, United Kingdom.

This policy covers hokadri.com only. My businesses Yuvello, TAJ Real Estate and Kadflow have their own websites and privacy policies.

2. What information I collect

• Contact details you give me. Your name, email address, phone number and anything you write in the contact form, a booking form or an email to me.

• Booking details. If you book a call, the call type, date and time you choose, your time zone and any notes you add.

• Technical information. Your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and how you reached the site. This is collected automatically through cookies and similar tools (see section 7).

I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and this site is not aimed at children.

3. How I use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange, confirm and hold calls or meetings you have booked.

• To send you booking confirmations, reminders and follow-up messages about the call.

• To understand which of my businesses (Yuvello, TAJ Real Estate or Kadflow) is the right fit for you and, where relevant, to pass your enquiry to that business.

• To keep the website secure, monitor how it is used and improve it.

• To send you occasional updates about my work, but only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. The legal basis for using it

Under UK data protection law I rely on the following bases:

• Taking steps at your request before entering a contract, when you book a call or ask about working together.

• Legitimate interests, to run and protect the website, respond to enquiries and manage my business relationships. I always balance this against your rights.

• Consent, for marketing emails and for any non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.

• Legal obligation, where I have to keep records or respond to lawful requests.

5. Who I share it with

I do not sell your personal information. I share it only with services that help me run the site and my calls:

• Kadflow, the platform that hosts this website, the contact form and the booking calendar, and stores enquiries and appointments.

• Google (Google Meet and Google Calendar) for video calls and diary management.

• Email and analytics providers used to send messages and to understand site usage.

• My businesses Yuvello, TAJ Real Estate and Kadflow, if your enquiry is about one of them.

• Professional advisers and authorities, where required by law or to protect my legal rights.

Some of these providers store data outside the UK. Where that happens, I make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long I keep it

I keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to deal with your request and for up to two years afterwards, unless we start working together, in which case the relevant business's retention rules apply. Technical and analytics data is kept for up to 26 months. I delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.

7. Cookies

This site uses cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies make the site and the booking calendar work. Analytics cookies help me understand how visitors use the site and are only set with your consent. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site, such as the booking calendar, from working.

8. Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how I use it, to ask for it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where I rely on it. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. I will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. I would appreciate the chance to resolve any concern first.

9. Security

I use reputable providers, access controls and encryption in transit to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security, but I take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.

10. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be flagged on this page.
